Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, we send a confirmation email and tracking information when available.

• Most items (excluding shoes and sunglasses): United States 2–5 business days; Europe, Canada, the United Kingdom and other international destinations 8–15 business days.
• Shoes and sunglasses: United States and the European Union 8–19 business days; Canada 8–29 business days; Australia, the Netherlands and Denmark 8–14 business days; other destinations 8–19 business days.

Shipping costs are fixed and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide delivery, with taxes and customs included.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@thescifi.net. When a return is accepted, we send the return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request cannot be accepted.

If your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as you receive it so we can resolve it.

Return exceptions

Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order after the return is accepted.
